    thank you for sharing an online resource to yoga practice. i still want to mention 3 critical points: 1. breathing - do you really think the times of transition are working out? staying 3-5 breaths in a pose implies more than a few seconds. So the practice should always adapt to how one is able to breath and how long it takes, not pushing or running through. 2. see other commentaries like "more girls" - i feel that your set up between you and the wonderful woman energetically gives a complete wrong image about a teacher and a student. it felt like shes your robot doing the poses- at some moments during the video you were even impudently smiling about the effort she is doing while you give her orders. It doesnt feel adecuate, nice or supportive to me how you order her through the asanas and i actually couldnt observe her breathing. 3. every yoga practice should start and end up with an energetic opening, honoring the lineage of yoga, reciting a mantra or at least an OM.

    I tweaked my psoas while running and spent about a week unable to bend over to pick anything up off the floor. I also had pain/spasms when sitting down, standing up and when twisting my hips and torso. My SIL shared this video with me and shortly after doing it I was able to fully bend over - albeit slowly - to pick things up from the ground without spasms or pain. I’ll be doing this quick workout regularly in order to stay pain free and hopefully return to running. I also added in the Yoga for Back Pain to help stretch and strengthen my abs and back to assist with posture.

    Thank you Tim. Used to practice yoga in 2017 while watching your videos. I quit because I’m always busy. But last week I have had massive sciatica pain and I knew where to find my solution, through your videos! The foam stretch hits different. Thank you again.     The chaturanga dandasana has always been a deal breaker for me to even attempt a vinyasa practice. But how you taught me to approach it in this video gives me the confidence that perhaps someday I will have built enough strength in my arms to attempt it without my knees down.     I had yet another flair up Thursday before Xmas. Had to go to the emergency Dr, I'd taken everything I had in the house and the pain was not subsiding. She gave me an anti inflammatory injection but said if it didn't ease by the morning I'd have to be admitted to hospital for pain management. Fortunately it eased enough to let me do some yoga. I modified where was needed and I've been doing this practice every night since, along with 10 mins of standing postures. Went for my massage today and it was way less painful than it has been for a long time. Thank you Tim for creating such excellent content that I go back to time and again.     For me it was very hard even though it's a beginner practice video.
